Catering to group sizes ranging from 1050 to the small and intimate party size of 12, Grand Africa Café & Beach offers functions on an ‘entire venue – solo use’ basis or your choice of nine different venue areas available for private and exclusive functions.
Grand function areas include the Absolut Elyx bar inside the Grand Hall adding a sophisticated showcase to any function. This is an intimate bar area ideal for a pre-dinner aperitif.
Alongside, the retro-glam Tanqueray Gin Bar, with classic piano and fireplace, a raised indoor deck is ideal for diners’ functions with limited tables set above the action, offering stellar sea views.
The Main Deck with ocean views offers the ideal inside-outside options for uncertain weather days, allowing glass front stackable doors for closed-in or open-air functions. Beach-side function areas include the Corona Bar, The Private Dining Deck, the Beach Bar and the expansive Beach Dining area overlooking uninterrupted cobalt blue sea-views with an intimate arrangement of tables and chairs on the sand – offering our guests a chance to take off their shoes and enjoy a sumptuous meal with their toes in the sand.
